Rowe Price product owners and managers, owning strategy, agenda, and prep, and turning open ambiguity into a prioritized, actionable feature backlog. Designed data-dense enterprise products in an agile environment for the global chemicals business, with conceptual oversight on direction and strategy, partnering with a product manager and 12 senior developers and embedded with the chemicals-business product owner and SME.
Designed Shell's Pricing Excellence Tool end to end, from research and journey mapping through wireframes, prototypes, and UI specifications. Now used across the global chemicals business and credited with $140M in added contract profits.
Grew weekly active users 186% at first release, with average session duration up 13.5% and shared analyses up 150% week over week.
Co-led the project kickoff workshop in Rotterdam with a UX lead, UX researcher, and PM, each running a segment and facilitating a breakout group among 15+ international participants.
Led workshops, interviews, and usability testing with global commercial teams, translating findings into design direction and strategy rather than a list of fixes.
