Human-centered product and experience designer — the last 9 years in UX/product. I own end-to-end design from research through delivery, turn ambiguity into prioritized direction, and blend UX, UI, and industrial design to ship accessible, high-quality work.
Shaped strategy and led clients on some engagements, owned hands-on UX craft on others. For GM Energy, helped shape the digital experience for a new home-energy product line — storyboards, journey maps, and service blueprints across shopping, checkout, installation, and an executive dashboard — producing a sales guide adopted across their entire sales organization. Designed and independently facilitated a T. Rowe Price visioning workshop for 20+ product owners. Coached 1–2 designers per engagement.
Sole UX designer on Shell's Pricing Excellence Tool — now used across Shell's global chemicals business. Co-led the kickoff workshop in Rotterdam with 15+ international participants, then owned end-to-end design: research, journey mapping, wireframes, prototypes, and UI specifications. The first release nearly tripled weekly active users (28 → 80).
Led UX and strategy for e-commerce, web, mobile, and internal sites. Drove a user-centered approach through personas, journey mapping, iterative ideation, and usability testing; improved usability through research and heuristic evaluation.
Designed and built custom booths, POS displays, and showcases for exhibitions and commercial spaces — cutting a four-week build process to two by improving communication and standardizing components for the most popular series.
Brought competitive housewares to market on the Product Development team — 3D surface modeling, hand sketching, and high-resolution prototypes for buyers at Walmart, Costco, Target, and Williams Sonoma.
Freelance set-model prototyping and AutoCAD drawings with architects; design internship contributing to the USA Olympic skeleton sled in SolidWorks.
